Sound Healing

Gentle frequencies for nervous system balance

Using therapeutic sound to encourage your body's natural relaxation response, supported by research in neuroscience and sound therapy.

How sound healing works

Sound healing uses the principle of resonance—the same physics that allows a tuning fork to make another fork vibrate at the same frequency. When therapeutic sounds are introduced to your body, they can encourage your nervous system to "tune" to more balanced states.

Research shows that specific frequencies can influence brainwave patterns, helping shift from beta (active thinking) to alpha and theta states (deep relaxation and meditation). This isn't mystical—it's measurable neuroscience.

During sessions, I use instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, each chosen for their specific therapeutic frequencies. The goal is simple: help your nervous system remember how to rest.
